
Before running a bundle installation of Chili!Soft ASP for Sun Solaris, please review the following information:
1. You use the Chili!Soft ASP Administration Console to start and stop the Chili!Soft ASP Server and to change configuration settings. You can access the Administration Console from the following URL:
where [HOSTNAME] is the Web server running the Chili!Soft ASP Administration Console, and [PORT] is the port on which the Administration Console is configured to run (5100 by default).

2. When finished installing Chili!Soft ASP 3.6, it is a good idea to use the diagnostic applications to verify that your installation is functioning correctly. You can access the diagnostics from the following URL:
http://[HOSTNAME]/caspsamp/diagnostics.htm
where [HOSTNAME] is the hostname of the Web server configured to run with Chili!Soft ASP.
3. To use Chili!Beans, you must enable Java support, as described in "Enabling Java Support" in "Chapter 3: Managing Chili!Soft ASP." Chili!Beans enables you to access Java objects and classes from an ASP script. For more information about Chili!Beans, see "Chili!Beans Component Reference" in "Chapter 5: Developer's Reference."
4. Important summary information about the installation is located in the following file:
/usr/local/chilisoft/casp/logs/install_summary
It is a good idea to print this information for future reference.
